Volunteers are needed for shearing day as we harvest this season’s wool. Shearing the entire flock typically takes 5-6 hours. Each fleece needs to be “skirted” to remove debris as it comes off the sheep and then graded for quality. No fee to participate but email holly@browdersbirds.com for more information.
