At Browder's Birds, we work very hard to provide you with the highest quality chicken and eggs that we know how to grow. For the 2012 season, we've increased our laying flock and we are raising lambs to act as our lead herbivore on the pasture.
We've committed ourselves to small, local farming. We do our very best to farm sustainably, organically, and as good stewards of the animals and land. We realize that this kind of farming is more expensive for you, but we also know that in the long run, it's worth it.
We sell our chicken and eggs from May to October at local Farmers’ Markets on the East End and through our CSA (Community Supported Agriculture).

Featured in the Winter 2012 Edible East End magazine, Browder's Birds offers two kinds of dry rubs for seasoning meat: GRILL, a traditional barbeque blend with a kick and ROAST, a fragrant herbal blend. Both are made with organic ingredients many of which are grown locally. Perfect for chicken, or try them on pork, beef and even fish.
