For the 2011 season, we are sold out of Cornish Cross and Red Broiler chickens.  We appreciate how much our customers enjoyed our pastured, local, healthy, delicious and Certified Organic meat chickens. We are looking forward to starting the 2012 season in the Spring.

Featured in the Winter 2012 Edible East End magazine, Browder's Birds offers two kinds of dry rubs for seasoning meat: GRILL, a traditional barbeque blend with a kick and ROAST, a fragrant herbal blend.  Both are made with organic ingredients many of which are grown locally.  Perfect for chicken, or try them on pork, beef and even fish. We also sell a FRY mix made with organic ingredients that is great for making crispy fried chicken.
